SUMAN FESTIVAL 2003
This festival, held every year, aims to decimate Aurora's supply of coconut
products and malagkit. BB covered this shindig armed with a dying cam, a black sabutah
hat, and a handful of Biogesic. |
 BALER FIESTA 2002
Baler celebrates its most colorful fiesta in years highlighted by the Coco-Sabutan
Festival which can be compared to the Aurora Suman Festival. This is street dancing
galore. |
 SAN LUIS FIESTA 2002
Staging its very first Sabutan festival to honor one of the town's thriving industry, San
Luis fiesta is now more extravagant. Some submitted photos from the event. |

Probably the best staged Suman Festival ever. There was no place in the 2 kilometer road
from Baler's municipal building to the Capitol that was left undecorated. And the
participants gave all their best in this grand provincial fiesta. |
